Glade's origins are unknown, dating back to very ancient times. Some say he is so old that he tended the great Skytree when it was but a sapling.
Glade has traveled across all of the known lands and possesses a great understanding of the flora and fauna of Eternia. His great awareness of living things, their magic and their wonder, is incomprehensible. With this great knowledge he lives a humble and balanced life in harmony with nature.
Glade is a being of the same plant-like race as the heroic Moss Man. His abilities are far reaching, enhanced with great wisdom he has acquired over centuries. Glade possesses the power to influence the growth of plants in ways that are seemingly unimaginable. His abilities to affect growth as well as healing are profound... and surprising despite his aged and apparently rigid body.
In more recent history Glade served as a mentor to the young Moss Man. Glade has acted as a teacher and guide to him and many others who share a special connection with the wilderness of Eternia. Currently, Glade resides with the Talon Clan who live among the Plains of Perpitua, acting as their shaman and advisor.
Glade values living things above all else and can be called upon to assist in any situation where life may be threatened.
