A simple repaint? Well not exactly... but simple enough of a custom job all in all. The General was represented in both the cartoon as well as the comic as being a rather massive character... towering at least a foot taller that him comrade Kobra Khan. I made some adjustments here and there to give Ratllor the stature he deserves!
